Beginner Colour Theory - Colour Harmony, Value, Hue, Saturation and Temperature

Welcome to this Beginner Colour Theory series! This series of 5 lessons is design to get you started in the tricky and often complex world of Colour Theory. Colour Theory is not just about mixing swatches and slapping paint down onto the canvas, it's about how colours behave, what their relationships are, how we perceive colour visually and how we get the full rainbow spectrum to work for us. Throughout this series of lessons we're going to breakdown each component of Colour Theory - Hue, Value, Saturation, Temperature, Harmony, as well as look at how it all relates to Light, Mood and our Compositions overall. Each lesson will have a short lecture followed by a demonstration and will be capped off with an assignment for you to complete at the end of each class. Overall it's nearly 4 and a half hours of Colour Theory knowledge. So, if you've ever had issues with learning colour then these are the classes for you. Let's get painting!
